Why Do I need to Book an Appointment?
By booking an appointment for your visit to La Fleur Bridal you are ensuring you reserve a date and time suitable for you and your chosen guests. The studio is then your space with a personal stylist for the appointment with no interruptions.
On booking your appointment we will have a mini consultation with you to help us prepare for your arrival. This is very valuable information to us and helps us to be efficient and effective in helping you find your Dream gown during your visit.
We book up to 1 month in advance to ensure continuity on our diary. (For appointments further ahead and /or evenings we charge an appointment fee. Please call for more information). Our appointments are Wednesday to Saturday from 10am. We can organise a Monday morning or an evening in advance for those whose working hours aren’t the regular – please call to discuss this with us.
At the moment we don’t charge for appointments but as a small business we ask that if you cannot make your booked appointment you let us know in advance. We appreciate life happens and acknowledge appointments may need to change from time to time with this communication is key. For us the work doesn’t begin when you step through the door it has started at point of booking your appointment and we invest time behind the scenes in prepping your visit to have ideas ready based on your answers during the mini consultation.
Some days we may be able to accommodate a visit on the same day but please call us to avoid being turned away at the door to come back at a later time. This will ensure your journey isn’t a wasted visit.
