Congratulations you’re engaged and there’s a million things going through your mind. The top of your list will be ‘ What wedding gown am I going to wear and where do I start in choosing one?’
This will either fill you to the brim with excitement or fill you with dread. You may or may not wear dresses in your everyday life but that doesn’t mean you won’t look amazing in one which is a worry of most Brides to Be.
We have created our Style and Fit appointment to help Brides learn about themselves and their body shape, and also to highlight the designs available. There are literally hundreds of bridal designers and this means thousands of dresses out there. Narrowing down this vast choice can appear to be a big challenge, but by learning about you helps you have a plan of action for when you are ready to go wedding dress shopping and find the one.
How the appointment works
At this appointment you will be introduced to an experienced bridal gown consultant who will guide you through silhouettes to find the style that compliments your body shape. We will also explore necklines, colour and beading structures.
You will have exclusive use of the bridal studio for yourself plus 1 special guest. This creates a very relaxed atmosphere for you to try on a selection of gowns chosen by ourselves to highlight all the silhouettes available.
You will be guided through the designs with information of the silhouettes and explanations why a style may or may not suit you.
There is no obligation to buy at this appointment as the goal of it is for you to find the style and look you want, to be able to go wedding dress shopping focused on what suits you.
The price of this appointment is £45, which you may think ‘Wow I’m not paying that’ but consider how much time (and fuel!) you’ve saved by educating yourself before setting out on your bridal journey. It is always said you should visit 3 shops and try on no more than 12 dresses however we have experienced Brides over the years who have far exceeded these figures and are totally confused as to what style they should now go for. We came up with the Style & Fit appointment to solve this problem and other issues we find Brides have on a day to day basis.
At the end of the appointment you will be given a goody bag which, amongst other things includes information on what has suited you, as well as a voucher for £45 to redeem against the purchase of a wedding dress* should you return to us and find the one.
